At the foot of Catbells, Littletown Farm B&B boasts breakthtaking views of the unspoilt Newlands Valley, providing warm and comfortable accommodation and a delicious Cumbrian breakfast to boot.
We have five bright and airy ensuite bedrooms available for guests, all of which host stunning views across the valley.
A full cooked breakfast is provided each morning using local produce, alongside plenty of other options to suit different tastes and dietary requirements.
Stay with us for ‘bed and breakfast’ or take over the whole place to enjoy with family and friends, catered or self-catered. We can comfortably host ten to twelve guests.
The farm house is situated at the foot of Catbells in the hamlet of Littletown within the unspoilt Newlands Valley, regarded as one of the most picturesque and quiet valleys in the Lake District National Park, even though it is situated just five miles from the popular tourist town of Keswick. The area is also well known for its links with Beatrix Potter, particularly Mrs Tiggywinkle.
The location is a rambler’s paradise, the starting point for many infamous walks. Having completed the Wainwright’s and spent many hours on the hills, Sarah will happily point you in the right direction and share her extensive local knowledge with you.
Littletown Farm Bed & Breakfast has been run by the same family for 3 generations. Sarah took over the B&B from her parents in 2011 and has enjoyed welcoming guests from across the UK and more recently the world, many of which return on an annual basis. Sarah’s brother Martin is a keen hill shepherd who farms the surrounding land.
Our sister site, Catbells Cottages offers a selection of self-catering cottages.
